At DeepRelief, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our refund and returns policy below:

  1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at yinkees88@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  4. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at yinkees88@gmail.com. We will provide you with further instructions.

  5. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  6. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to, items marked as final sale, customized products, and gift cards.
